Raye Denise Garrard, age 64, passed away on August 30, 2026, in McKinney, Texas. Denise was born on May 26, 1962, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Sam Garrard and Nancy (Fox) Garrard.

Denise was an energetic, happy person who loved rock and roll music, animals, and being around people. She had a vibrant spirit and a natural ability to bring joy and energy wherever she went. Raye cherished time spent socializing with friends and loved ones, and her enthusiasm for life made her truly unforgettable. Another dear love of Denise's was the state she called home for most of her life, Texas.

Denise is survived by her daughter, Jade Elizabeth Garrard of Terrell; brother, Trey Garrard of Tennessee; sister, Beverly Ann Garrard of Allen; and nephews, Jake and Riley Garrard of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and Sam; grandparents; and sister-in-law, Dana Garrard.
