Carmen Green

Carmen Green, born on September 22, 1934, in the warm embrace of Chihuahua, Mexico, departed this world on April 20, 2025, in Terrell, Texas. Her journey through life was marked by resilience, love, and a deep connection to her roots that influenced everyone who had the blessing to know her.

Carmen's life was characterized by her dedication to her family and her unwavering love for those around her. She is survived by her children, Rosa Rodriguez, Don Green, Carlos Green, Guillermo Green, and Pedro Lara, each of whom carries forward her legacy of love and resilience. Carmen was also a cherished sister to Gabriela Orona and leaves behind a proud lineage of grandchildren, including Daniel Green, Alicia Green, Edward Green, Alex Green, Jennifer Rodriguez, Crystal Rodriguez, Donna Rodriguez, Victoria Green, Elizabeth Green, Alexandria Green and Juan Green, alongside her treasured great-grandchildren:  Alorany V. Green, Isaiah A. Green, Alexander E. Green, Destiny Green, Allen Green, and Dallas Green with other family members from both the Orona and Martinez Family.

The family will hold a visitation on May 3, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at Anderson Clayton Funeral Home located at 301 W Nash St, Terrell, TX 75160. Following this, a funeral service will commence at 2:00 PM and conclude at 3:00 PM at the same location, as family and friends gather to celebrate the life of this remarkable woman.

As we reflect on Carmen’s life, we remember her spirit will forever linger in the hearts of those she touched, inspiring them to carry forward her legacy of love, bravery, and unyielding spirit. Carmen Green may have left this earthly realm, but her essence will continue to illuminate the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
